Currently orders can be placed without having needing to an account. However, an account is necessary for users to book reservations, purchase tickets, track reservations, and manage your activity.

Browse your favorite restaurant, select the order now button and complete the steps shown to place your order. You’ll receive a confirmation for pickup.

No. Bahama Bites is a pickup-only platform. Please check restaurant hours and pickup instructions. Vendors may enable delivery at their own discretion. 

Absolutely. Menus are publicly visible and include item descriptions and prices.

Click “Reserve a Table” on the restaurant’s page, select your date/time, and complete any required down payment.

Each restaurant sets its own refund policy. Please review it before booking.

Modifications depend on the restaurant’s policy. Contact them directly as soon as possible.

Grace periods vary. You’re encouraged to notify the restaurant if you’ll be late to avoid cancellation.

You’ll receive an instant confirmation via email and a confirmation popup on the order page.
